"Swarosvki"

As many of you know my pieces are made using only SWAROVSKI crystal, each piece comes with an official issued tag from Swarovski North America. It is truly the best product on the market and if you ever hold a SWAROVSKI crystal up to lower brand one you will see why there is a price difference. When I started BD I knew I was aiming for one of a kind custom pieces that would LAST and be extra special. Each crystal is treated with a coating that gives it a rainbow affect making it more brilliant and perfect than before and when you hold one in the light you truly wonder how something so small can be so ridiculously flawless.

Fun fact for you- "The Swarovski Group also includes Tyrolit (makers of abrasive and cutting tools); Swareflex (reflective and luminous road markings); Signity (synthetic and natural gemstones); and Swarovski Optik (optical instruments such as binoculars and rifle scopes)."
-Wikipedia

WHAT?! Rifle Scopes! How flippin' awesome is that!?

Have you heard of any other crystal company on the market landing advertising deals with BMW and Crown Royal Whiskey to name a few? I don't think so...

Something I found particularly interesting on the company was that they made the star that adorns the top of the Rockefellar Center Christmas Tree in NYC from 2004-2009. That must have been one BLINGED OUT star! Check it out!
Standing 9 feet tall and weighing a whopping 550 lbs.

As usual I am saving the BEST for last...Have any of you ever seen 2004's Phantom of the Opera featuring Gerard Butler? If you haven't I promise you won't regret it! SWARVOSKI straight up DOMINATED in that film!

Who remember's when Emmy Rossum makes her debut on stage? Remember those insanely gorgeous hair combs she was wearing? or the cinderella dress that had us reminiscing on our princess dress up days? Yep- can you say HELLO SWAROVSKI!

Who remember's her engagement ring? can you say "I DO?"

Finally...I am pretty sure you can guess where this one may be headed... the "center piece" of the film... The Chandelier! Standing 17 feet tall and 13 feet wide it shouldn't come as a shock to know it had IT'S own stunt double-

In the film they also featured a SWAROVSKI shop.

I love digging up dirt like this! It makes me love my crystals even more :) Especially when a brand like this is featured in films and in advertisements with the big dogs! Swarovski was even used to bedazzle Michael Jackson's costumes. What is up!

Check out more photo's from the movie here on SWAROVSKI's website!

From the studio,
